River Plate VS Tigres

Preview

Analysis of River Plate

The argentinian club is returning to his old times of continental domination. They were many times argentinian champions and are one of the stronger teams of Libertadores history.
In this season, they are performing well at the championship with no losses in the first three matches and a good offensive football. At Libertadores they started with a loss against San Jose Oruro.
But at Monumental Stadium we expect them to play much better, dominate and probably obtain their first win at the competition. Their players are better and more experienced than the mexicans and should manage to add the first three points to the team in Libertadores.

Probable Eleven: Julio Chiarini; Gabriel Mercado, Jonathan Maidana, Ramiro Funes Mori e Leonel Vangioni; Carlos Sánchez, Matías Kranevitter e Ariel Rojas; Leonardo Pisculichi; Teófilo Gutiérez e Rodrigo Mora - Manager: Marcelo Gallardo

Confirmed Lineup: J. Chiarini, J. Maidana, G. Mercado, Ramiro Funes Mori, L. Vangioni, C. Sánchez, A. Rojas, M. Kranevitter, L. Pisculichi, R. Mora, T. Gutiérrez.
Coach: M. Gallardo.

Analysis of Tigres UANL

In the mexican league, Tigres is not going well with four wins and four losses. At Libertadores they kicked-off with a easy win against the fragile Juan Aurich.
But in this match they face a serious task away from home against one of the best teams of Argentina.
We expect Tigres to play deffensively but, anyway they should not keep a cleansheet and the loss is the most probable scenario for them.

Probable Eleven: Nahuel Guzmán; Israel Jiménez, Antonio Briseño, Hugo Ayala, Jorge Torres Nilo; Joffre Guerrón, Jesús Dueñas, Guido Pizarro, Damián Álvarez; Rafael Sóbis e Enrique Esqueda – Manager: Ricardo Ferretti.

Confirmed Lineup: N. Guzmán, H. Ayala, I. Jiménez, J. Rivas, Jorge Torres, D. Álvarez, E. Arévalo, G. Pizarro, J. Dueñas, Rafael Sóbis, J. Guerrón.
Coach: Ricardo Ferretti.

Betting suggestion:

We should ignore River Plate's loss in the first match of the group. In this second match they'll play at home with the support of their enthusiastic fans. They also have a much better team than it's opponent and i'm convinced that they are going to win their first match in the competition.
