Analysis of Belgrano

Belgrano has been one of the best surprises of the league so far, since although they are a team without much tradition, they are in an excellent 6th position, 5 points behind 1st place.

They are the 3rd team with the most wins and the 3rd best defence. They have had a few excellent results against strong teams like Independiente, Newell's Old Boys, Velez Sarsfield, among others. In the last round they tied against leaders San Lorenzo.

Belgrano has presented many qualities and seems worthy of being amongst the best Argentinean teams. In this round they are back at their stadium, where they have tied 4 of the 5 matches they have played so far. Although they face a competitive opponent, Belgrano has good chances of winning this match.

Probable Line-up: Juan Carlos Olave; Pier Barrios, Claudio Pérez, Cristian Lema, Sergio Escudero; Lucas Parodi , Guillermo Farré, Sebastián Pediger, Emiliano Rigoni; Lucas Zelarayán and Mauro Óbolo

Coach: Ricardo Zielinski

Confirmed Lineup: J. Olave, C. Pérez, R. Saravia, C. Lema, S. Escudero, L. Zelarrayán, E. Rigoni, J. Velázquez, G. Farré, S. Prediger, I. Óbolo.
Coach: R. Zielinski.

Analysis of Argentinos Juniors

Argentinos Juniors is in the 15th position, but there is no great difference to Belgrano, since they are only 6 points behind. They have had irregular results so far, but are usually a very competitive team.

Offensive productivity has been their major concern, since there are only 4 other teams with less productive offenses. In the last 6 matches they have only scored 2 goals and in the last 7 away matches they have only scored 3.

It’s important to notice that Argentinos Juniors hasn’t faced many great teams so far. Their only match against a strong team was in a home loss against River Plate.

Probable Line-up: Luis Ojeda; Franco Flores, Patricio Matricardi, Joaquín Laso; Mariano Almandoz, Gaspar Iñiguez, Cristian Ledesma, Ezequiel Garré; Matías Giménez; Luciano Cabral and Jonathan Rodríguez

Coach: Néstor Gorosito

Confirmed Lineup: A. Gabbarini, M. Torrén, C. Álvarez, F. Flores, E. Garré, N. Freire, G. Iñíguez, C. Ledesma, L. Rinaldi, R. Lenis, A. Franzoia.
Coach: N. Gorosito.

Betting suggestion:

Belgrano is better than the opponent in almost everything: their defence is more solid, they have won more matches and they have had better exhibitions against strong teams. Moreover, Argentinos usually doesn’t do well in away matches and doesn’t score that many goals, no they don’t seem to have the necessary arguments to win the match.
