Analysis of Banfield

Banfield didn’t end last season the best way, since they had a modest performance at the Transición Tournament, ending in the 17th position, with 20 points. But this year the squad has been restructured and their performance is much better. They started the season well and after a series of 4 consecutive wins reach as high as the 6th place. However, in the last weeks they have lost momentum, so they need to recover to win again in this home match.

In the last 6 matches, Banfield only won once, which is due to the team’s defensive problems, since they are the worst defence of the first half of the table. Benfield hasn’t won any of the last 3 home matches, so they need to start using the home advantage and break this negative record. On the other hand, their offense has been working reasonably well, which has allowed the team to avoid further damages, since they have scored in all of the last 10 matches.

Confirmed Lineup: E. Bologna, N. Bianchi Arce, F. Noguera, L. Civelli, N. Yeri, J. Requena, N. Bertolo, M. Calzada, N. Domingo, L. Viatri, M. Cuero.
Coach: C. Vivas.

Analysis of Sarmiento

Sarmiento is playing an important season, since they arrived at this main division this year and need to do well to avoid going back to the second division. They have started well and were one of the good surprises of the league, reaching as high as the 8th position in the first rounds. However, that good moment has gone by. After having been eliminated from the Argentinean Cup by modest Deportivo Merlo, of the 3rd division, they have lost momentum.

After this elimination Sarmiento has had 4 matches with no goals scored, registering 2 draws and 2 losses. Up to then they had good results in away matches, with 2 draws and 2 wins, but since then things have gotten worse, so they need to recover soon.

Confirmed Lineup: C. Rigamonti, F. Dutari, N. Quiroga, F. Coria, G. Núñez, S. Luna, N. Sánchez, D. Miloc, R. Spinacci, I. Cacheiro, H. Cuevas.
Coach: S. Lippi.

Betting suggestion:

This is a match between two offensive teams, which means there will be goal opportunities for both offenses. Therefore, we believe this is a good match for a Over 1,5 Goals bet.
