Analysis: Bolton Wanderers vs Burnley (27 February 2016)

      Analysis of Bolton

Bolton is fighting not to be relegated and their biggest enemy are themselves, as they could be out already if it wasn't for the last 3 results. Now they are in a bad place, 7 points inside the zone.

And now, even playing at home, they will be facing the 2nd placed team, that is only 1 point away from the leaders and certainly will come into this match looking for a win.

But how can they achieve something against such a good team that they barely managed to do the entire season? They are the team with less wins in the league, only 4 wins in 38 games, which shows why they are in second to last.

Clayton is out and Ben and Dorian are questionable for this game.

      Analysis of Burnley

They are still firmly in second place, keeping an eye on the leader and on the 3rd placed team. 1 point away from the lead and 1 point in front of the third placed team. And only two teams will be heading to Premier League.

In their previous match, they beat Nottingham at home by 1-0, butt the lone goal only came in the 68th minute. They are now at 4 consecutive matches without conceding a goal and it has given their defensive system great morale for the upcoming matches.

They want to repeat what they managed the last tie they faced Bolton in their home, a 1-0 win. That would leave them closer to the title, just hoping for a miscue from Hull.

Lukas and Ashley will be out. Keane is questionable.

      Betting suggestion:

Bolton doesn't have the team or the conditions to face this Burnley team, so the possibility of them playing, relying heavily in their defense, even playing at home, is a big one. I imagine a controlled game from the visitors and they should leave the pitch with at least a draw.
