Main Card

Uriah Hall vs. Anderson Silva - Middleweight

Uriah Hall is a 36-year-old Jamaican fighter and a blue belt in jiu-jitsu. He has been in MMA since 2005 and has 25 fights under his belt, having won 15 of them. There are 11 wins by knockout, one by submission and 3 by points. In his 9 losses, 4 were by knockout and 5 by decision of the judges. He comes confident to face the Brazilian, as he has accumulated two consecutive victories in his last matches. His most recent victory was when he beat Antônio Carlos by split decision of the judges, in September 2019. Now, he must go all out on his opponent in search of this new triumph.

Anderson Silva is a 45 year old Brazilian fighter, his long and brilliant career is in the final stages. Known worldwide and whose nickname was The Spider, he was one of the greatest fighters in MMA. Now, he tries to end his career the way it was in almost all his trajectory, brilliant and winning, since, in recent times, the Brazilian was not so great and faced problems. Altogether, Spider fought 45 times and won 34 of them. There were 23 by knockout, 3 by submissions and 8 by points. One of his matches had no result and suffered 10 losses, 3 by knockout, 2 by submission and 4 by decision of the judges. In 2006 he won the middleweight world championship and defended the title until 2013. From there, his career began to decline. Spider won just one of his last 8 fights and was beaten by Jared Cannonier in his most recent fight, in May 2019, by technical knockout in the first round.

This promises to be a great fight, even with Anderson Silva being low in his career, he will come with everything to try to win a possible triumph and improve his final MMA record. However, it is not rated as a favorite. At Betfair you will find an odd worth @ 1.45 for Uriah Hall's victory, while for the Brazilian's victory, the odd is worth @ 2.80.
