In March of this year, Adesanya defended the belt by defeating Yoel Romero by a unanimous decision of the jury.

Paulo Borrachinha is a 29 year old Brazilian black belt jiu-jitsu fighter. He has been in the MMA since 2012 and like his opponent, he has not been defeated yet. Thus, in three rounds he defeated Yoel Romero by unanimous decision of the jury in August last year.
Being one of the most expected fights of the last few years, it promises to be a contest to take the breath away. Two undefeated fighters with a lot of quality disputing the Welterweight belt. It is difficult to point a favorite to this fight, but Israel is still a little ahead, after all, the title is already in his hands, he just needs to keep it. This way, Bet365 has a beautiful odd worth @ 1.60 for Israel's triumph.
